4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created by Al Basirah remain the intellectual property of Al Basirah until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment:

• Clients receive appropriate licenses to use delivered solutions
• Al Basirah retains the right to use project methodologies and general approaches in future work
• Confidential client information remains protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Services may be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances
• Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects. Both parties agree to:

• Keep confidential information secure and private
• Use confidential information only for the purposes of the engagement
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Al Basirah strives to provide high-quality services, however:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data

8. Service Modifications and Termination

Al Basirah reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Terminate service agreements for breach of terms
• Update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting

Clients may terminate services according to terms specified in individual agreements.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Al Basirah operates

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Al Basirah harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Client's use or misuse of our services
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with or utilize third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.

12. Force Majeure

Al Basirah shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
